The Challenge

Persiana Media Group is a dynamic and innovative multifaceted media company founded in 2016. As a leading satellite group of networks serving the Persian community, they provide a rich tapestry of content that transcends borders. Operating across various media domains—including TV, radio, and original productions—Persiana aims to promote diversity and creativity.

With rapid expansion resulting in over 28 specialized TV channels, Persiana contacted Persis Films with a monumental task: a complete rebranding of the mother brand, “Persiana Media Group,” alongside all 28 sub-channels simultaneously.

Because all channels sit under a single brand umbrella, the update had to be instantaneous and cohesive. Furthermore, the existing legacy logo was no longer broadcast-friendly; its sharp edges and thin lines did not translate well to modern TV screens. With a strict deadline of under three months, our team had to deliver a scalable, robust, and visually striking identity.

The Approach

Our approach was to engineer a visual identity that was both highly scalable and optimized for broadcast environments. We designed a clever, graphical logo carved out of the letter “P” and geometric shapes. This core icon now consistently represents the mother brand across all touchpoints. To complement the new mark and resolve the legibility issues of the past, we implemented a simple, thick sans-serif typeface, making it instantly recognizable and TV-friendly for the audience.

We established a strict typographic hierarchy to ensure readability across news tickers, promos, and cinematic bumpers.

Network Idents & Broadcast Design

To unify the 28 channels, we created a comprehensive broadcast package encompassing generic idents, commercial break bumpers, and custom social media tags.

Each channel received its own flavor while maintaining the mother brand’s DNA.

A Message of Hope

Persiana Junior

During the US–Iran conflict in 2026, children were heavily exposed to frightening news, explosions, and emotional uncertainty. Recognizing the importance of protecting children’s emotional well-being, Persiana Junior—a channel dedicated to joy and imagination—tasked us with creating something special.

We produced a Pixar-inspired, AI-driven animated music video designed to offer comfort and hope. The story highlights the loving role of parents in helping children feel safe and supported. Through music, vibrant colors, and positive storytelling, the piece encourages children to look past the uncertainty and believe in a beautiful, peaceful tomorrow.

Project Summary
